On November 18, 2025, the Donetsk National Technical University held a Scientific and Technical Conference for Students, Postgraduate Students and Young Scientists on the topic: "Future of Donbas through the Eyes of Young Scientists". An employee of the Soil Surface Displacement and Undermined Structures Protection Department (SSD&USP), Engineer Eduard Yurievich Kapinus took an active part in the event. His report on the topic: "Localization of Higher Steepness Areas at the Undermined Territories of Donbas" was rated high by the University management and the Council of Young Scientists. His work was remarked with a Certificate. Eduard Yurievich Kapinus was awarded a Certificate for winning the III place.
