On December 19, 2025, a formal Commencement on awarding the Candidate of Engineering Science Diploma to Lyubov Aleksandrovna Chepurnaya was held at RANIMI, FSBSI. The Diploma was presented to the Candidate by Viсtor Aleksandrovich Driban, Acting Director of the Institute.
The public defense of L. A. Chepurnaya's Thesis took place on June 27, 2025, at the Meeting of the Dissertation Council 24.1.485.01 at RANIMI, FSBSI.
The Subject of the Thesis Research submitted for obtaining the degree was "Substantiation of the Methodology for Predicting the Soil Surface Displacement Dynamics at the Stages of Flat-Lying Coal Seams Development”.
The Scientific Supervisor of the work was Dmitry Vladimirovich Pronsky, Candidate of Engineering Science, Associate Professor at the Department for Geotechnology and Industrial Safety of DonSTU.
Based on the results of the public defense the Dissertation Council made a unanimous positive decision, whereunder by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia No. 1038/nk dated October 28, 2025, Lyubov Aleksandrovna Chepurnaya was awarded the Academic Degree of the Candidate of Engineering Science.
