ANNOUNCES THE ADMISSION TO THE POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL UNDER THE INTRAMURAL FORM OF STUDY FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR
Sphere of training 2.8 Subsoil Use and Mining Sciences.
Program of Study 2.8.6 Geomechanics, Rock Destruction, Mining Aerogasdynamics and Mining Thermophysics (Engineering Sciences).
Duration of the postgraduate study is 4 years.
Persons having higher education and a Master's or a Specialist’s Degree are admitted to the Postgraduate School on a competitive basis.
Applicants to the Postgraduate School take an entrance examination in the special subject. The examination is conducted in oral form. The applicants, who have already passed the Candidacy Examination in the special subject by the time of their admission to the postgraduate school are exempt from the entrance examination and the Candidacy Examination grade is counted for such.
Study under the contracts for the provision of paid educational services: the admission of postgraduate students for the Programs of Study 2.8.6 Geomechanics, Rock Destruction, Mining Aerogasdynamics and Mining Thermophysics and 2.8.8 Geotechnology, Mining Machinery is performed on contractual basis. Persons, who have successfully passed the entrance examination, but have not won the competition for the places funded with the budgetary allocations from the Federal Budget, can be enrolled on a contractual basis.
Applicants to the Postgraduate School should submit the following documents:
1) an application addressed to the Director of RANIMI, FSBSI and a cardboard folder;
2) the list of the published scientific papers, inventions and reports on their scientific research. Persons who do not have any published scientific papers and inventions should provide an abstract on the chosen scientific sphere of study;
3) the original and a copy of the Master's/Specialist's Diploma and the Attachments thereto;
4) the Certificate on passing the Candidacy Examination (if any);
5) a copy of the passport and of the identification number (TIN);
6) the conclusion of the anticipated Scientific Supervisor on the interview with the postgraduate school applicant;
7) the applicant’s consent to processing his/her personal data;
8) the contract for study at the postgraduate school in case the education is not a state order based one;
9) a photo 3x4 cm in size;
The passport and the diploma on the higher education are submitted by the applicant in person.
The documents are accepted from July 1 till September 30, 2024.
The documents are submitted to the Postgraduate Education Department.
The entrance examinations are passed from October 7 till October 11, 2024.
Admission is carried out starting from November 1, 2024.
