The Head of the Geodynamic and Geophysical Processes Department P.M. Golubev and the Head of the Soil Surface Displacement and Undermined Structures Protection Department N.N. Grishchenkov took part in the forum with their reports "On the Matter of Multiple Undermining Impact on Geomechanical, Geophysical and Geodynamic Properties of a Rock Mass" and "Localization of Residential Development Objects at the Undermined Locations with Challenging Terrain Structure". Within the framework of the forum topical scientific achievements were discussed and experience in the sphere of mining and subsoil use was exchanged.
The representatives of mining companies, scientific and design institutions and higher education establishments from Russia, Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, China and other countries, representatives of the International Society for Mine Surveying (ISM) took part in the forum.
Within the framework of the forum sectional meetings in the total of 10 spheres, round table meetings, short courses and an exhibition for companies supplying mine surveying&geodetic equipment and developers of software for the mining industry were held.
