The employees of the Hydrogeomechanical Research and Mineral Wealth Protection Department of RANIMI, FSBSI are analyzing the results of field observations on the soil surface deformations and hydrodynamic regime of flooding mines in the Central Region of Donbas to identify the specific features of vertical deformation determination. The obtained factual material is the result of multi-year labor-intensive field studies enabling to trace the dynamics of the combined geomechanical and geofiltration processes within the mine takes.
Since 2022, field observations at the mines of the Central Region of Donbas have been temporarily suspended due to the resumption of active combat activities from the Ukrainian Armed Forces end.
