On March 30-31, 2026, at “My Business” Center, on the “Boiling Point” Platform of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, 13 Dzerzhinsky Av., Donetsk the Fourth International Scientific and Practical Conference of Student Youth "Engineering Economics and Technological Entrepreneurship: Technological Leadership and Engineering Breakthrough Strategy" was held as part of the Technological Leadership and Engineering Breakthrough Congress.
The goal of the event was to become a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience between young researchers, students, postgraduate students, experts, and industrial partners in the sphere of engineering economics, technological entrepreneurship, and innovative development.
The main objective was to stimulate technological leadership and to identify engineering breakthrough strategies capable of ensuring the sustainable economic growth and increasing competitiveness.
In representation of RANIMI, FSBSI Boris Valentinovich Khokhlov, Head of the Rock Pressure Department and Candidate of Engineering Science participated in the conference with his report "Design Offer to the Federal Rules and Regulations and the Safety Guidelines (SG) “Ensuring the Underground Mine Workings Stability in the Course of a Coal Deposit Development."
