\"Miner's Week\" is a significant international scientific symposium held on an annual basis in Russia and it is one of the largest events in the mining industry. For over three decades the symposium served as a platform for meeting and exchanging experience between the representatives of business, government agencies, scientific representatives, and educational institutions from around the world.<\/p>\n

Within the frameworks of the \"Miner's Week\" participants discuss topical issues and advanced solutions in the mining sector, present the latest developments and research conducted by the leading mining schools from Russia and other countries.<\/p>\n

Representatives of RANIMI, FSBSI participated in the \"Engineering Geology and Mine Surveying\" Session, where they presented three papers: \"Containment of Potentially Hazardous Deformation Areas of Buildings at Mesorelief Slopes within the Underground Mining Operations Influence Zones\" (author N.N. Grishchenkov), \"Experience in Using a On-Surface Laser Scanner for Solving Construction and Mine Surveying Tasks\" (authors P.M. Golubev, L.A. Kamburova, N.N. Grishchenkov), and \"Features of Predicting the Soil Surface Displacement Reinvigoration in the Course of Flooding Mine Workings under the\u00a0 Multiple Undermined Conditions\" (authors E.A.\u00a0Bardakova, P.M.\u00a0Golubev, N.N.\u00a0Grishchenkov). All papers were followed with active discussions on the obtained results and aroused active interest of the representatives of science and industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
